And yes, there are plenty of healthy cake and dessert recipes out there, so why should you try this one? Because these cups are vegan, gluten-free, and completely free from refined sugar!
This delicious recipe was created by influencer and foodie Sarah Maria Straub, who always impresses us with her simple recipes and fantastic flavor combinations. This time, she has used RAWBITE Cashew bars, which give the base a natural sweetness and an extra crunch. So put on your apron, grab your ingredients – and get started!

Ingredients (for 6 Granola Cups)
For the granola cups:
🥜 2 RAWBITE Cashew bars (or another favorite RAWBITE flavor)
🥣 100 g gluten-free oats
🥄 2 tbsp almond butter
💧 2-3 tbsp water (as needed for binding)
For the chocolate filling:
🍫 50 g vegan dark chocolate (at least 70%)
🥄 2 tbsp almond butter
🧂 A pinch of salt
🍓 (Frozen) raspberries, about 15 g per cup (Note: If using frozen raspberries, make sure to boil them first!)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the granola cups:
Crumble the RAWBITE Cashew bars into small pieces and mix them with the oats and almond butter in a bowl. Add 2-3 tbsp water gradually until the mixture holds together well.
2️⃣ Shape & bake:
Press the mixture evenly into muffin molds and bake at 160°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes, until lightly golden. Tip: You can also make crispy granola! Simply spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Make the chocolate filling:
Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Stir in the almond butter and salt until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Fill & chill:
Lightly mash the raspberries and place them in the cooled granola cups. Then top with the warm chocolate filling. Place the cups in the fridge for about 20 minutes, until the chocolate sets.
